I cant believe how good this is! You cant go wrong.

This product is amazing, it is everything you would expect from a portable translator. The translations are extremely accurate and if you cant read the words phonetically, the device will read them to you. Great product, looking forwards to future updates!

This is a powerful tool, it translates quickly and relatively accurately; however, like any translator some background knowledge of both languages is needed for effective use. The speaking feature of the app is pretty impressive, it deals with everything more or less effectively thoguh it stumbles over a few words in both languages. The accent is decent and it speaks a relatively neutral Spanish. All in all well worth the two dollars I paid for it.

just bought version 1.2 a week ago. do we get this upgrade free? anyone know?

Given the quality of this app, I would expect to pay much, much more for this if it were a stand-alone translator. If you need to translate to AND from Spanish, spending an extra $2 for this app as an add-on for my iPhone is a no-brainer. Unbelievable value and a great price. The user that gave this app 1 star must not understand that more stars means better. That review really should be removed.....

I speak Spanish..this is an okay app :) it doesnt project loud enough though but is worth 2$ cnd.

Great app but adding an option to select male or female speaker/ audience to allow for correct conjugation would make this a 5 star

What is the point of this great app if no use without the internet. It is based on very few phrases and words. There is room for improvement. Didnt find it useful

I have not been able to translate one word with this app. It is totally dependant upon internet access. For me it is a waste of money.

Worked great for the first day. Then it crashed.

Initially I was thrilled with the idea. But the translations are rather wonky and now the darn thing doesnt connect and work at all. Not sure if it is a problem with the poor recent OS upgrade. Even though this app is disappointing, I do miss it. Am very annoyed that I can no longer use what I paid for. Not great return for ones money, but that seems to be the case with everything in the iworld.

Since the Apple upgrade to 10.0.2 the I Speak programs are malfunctioning Do not wast your money until A correction is announced Ramdas

I have been using this App for over a year to communicate with my new friends in Mexico, South America and Spain. It is indispensable for language learners and travelers. Now even better with iOS4!

Back to 5 stars !!! This update works perfect on IOS 4. Very nice upgrade to interface as well. I have just purchased your newly rolled-out languages too.

Overall, I like the product, but the translations are not always accurate. The newest version does not have the "return" key. I liked the "return" key! Now, there is just a "done" key. The program does not capitalize the next sentence.

This a great app if you have a data connection however if you are traveling and you dont want to sign ip for an expensive international data plan this app is useless because all translations must be retrieved from the web. The app works well on the us where AT&T has a signal.

Its not translating into " correct " Spanish. My wife is puerto rican and her grandma is a teacher. She was explaining that its translating in a way that Spanish speaking people would now that you are a English speaking person trying to speak Spanish..please fix this problem. I bet a lot of yall are looking stupid trying to speak what they tell you..its just wrong..I want to learn correct Spanish!!!!!!!!

I use this application as a way of communicating in spanish, and happen to be a male. I love everything about this application however it does not offer more than the default female voice. It would be an even better application if it offered more than one voice for people like myself who use this application for communicating in a different language.

Works great. Voice recognition would make it perfect. SAY what you want translated rather than texting it in. Any chance?
